What happens to the information you send through the audit form.
Who is responsible
The publisher of this site, as named in the legal notice. Name and status: Khalil Redjah, sole trader (micro-entrepreneur), trading as humanoid·studio.
What I collect
- Required: your name, your professional e-mail and your site address.
- Optional: the platform, who built and maintains the site, who decides on changes, your first priority, a message.
- I never ask for a password.
Why
To answer your audit request and send you an estimate. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick before sending) and the steps you ask for before a contract.
Who receives it
Me. To run the form I use three providers who process the data on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and form processing), Resend (sending the e-mail) and Google Workspace (my mailbox). Some of them are based in the United States. Their data processing terms provide safeguards for transfers outside the European Union: the standard contractual clauses and, for some, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long I keep it
Three years after our last exchange, then I delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tool. It loads nothing from third-party servers. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, processes technical data such as your IP address to serve the pages and block attacks.
Your rights
- Access your data, correct it or have it deleted.
- Limit its use or object to it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Receive your data in a usable format.
